# M-XR Plugins

Marso Studio's plugins bring Studio into the tools you already work in. Browse your projects, pull finished assets into your scene, and make new ones, without leaving Blender or Isaac Sim.

Plugins authenticate with an **API key** rather than a login, and they spend credits from the same balance as the web app. They work through the Marso Studio API, so they need a paid plan or the trial: see [Plans](/marso-studio/reference/credits-and-billing.md#plans). Assets are always generated in Marso, not on your computer.

Download the Blender add-on from **Plugins** in the Marso Studio sidebar. The Isaac Sim add-on installs from inside Isaac Sim: its page has the steps.

| -------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| [Blender add-on](/marso-studio/plugins/m-xr-plugins/blender-add-on.md) | Import your Studio assets into Blender, give meshes there predicted PBR materials or a new look from a prompt, make new assets, and render them in a studio scene |
| [Isaac Sim add-on](/marso-studio/plugins/m-xr-plugins/isaac-sim-add-on.md) | Put your Studio assets on the Isaac Sim stage with physics, make new ones, and film them in physics and robot tests |

Both add-ons can also let the AI agents you use with Marso MCP work in the app: see [Blender and Isaac Sim](/marso-studio/mcp/blender-and-isaac-sim.md).

See [API access](/marso-studio/api/api-access.md) for creating and revoking the key a plugin uses, and [Credits & billing](/marso-studio/reference/credits-and-billing.md) for what each generation costs.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.m-xr.com/marso-studio/plugins/m-xr-plugins.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
