System Settings

Marso requires two folders to be defined:

You will need to create two folders, the first folder will be for "Scratch" and the second for "Outputs".

Scratch Directory:

  • Up to 256GB will be used during processing, for intermediary files that will be cleaned up once complete.

  • Fast R/W speeds are highly recommended. Slower drive speeds will slow down processing

Outputs Directory:

  • Results will be written here, in a subfolder for each subject.

  • Storage speeds are not important, can be a network share.

These entered in the Settings Dialog. This can be accessed via System -> Settings.

Additional Settings

Keep Intermediary Files and Enable Verbose Logging should only be enabled if you are collecting debugging information for M-XR, following an issue with processing.

They should be disabled otherwise, to not consume too much disk space.
